This Accessibility Statement describes, in general terms, the approach Decent Water Inc. takes to making our website and customer service more accessible to people of all abilities. This is a general statement of ongoing intent and effort, not a certification of compliance with any specific standard.
Decent Water Inc. is committed to providing an inclusive experience for all visitors and customers, including people with disabilities. We believe everyone should be able to learn about our water treatment products and services, request a quote, and get in touch with us without unnecessary barriers, and we work to improve accessibility across our website and customer-facing operations on an ongoing basis.
We aim to design and build our website with accessibility in mind, generally guided by widely recognized best practices such as the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG). This includes efforts around clear navigation, readable text and colour contrast, descriptive link and image text, and keyboard-friendly interaction where practical. Our website is a work in progress, and we continue to review and improve it over time. We do not claim certification to any specific WCAG conformance level at this time.
As an Ontario business, we aim to provide our products and services in a manner that respects the dignity and independence of people with disabilities, consistent with the general spirit of Ontario's Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA). We welcome customers to let us know, at the time of booking or during a service visit, about any accommodations that would help us serve them better.
We welcome feedback on the accessibility of our website and customer service. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, or have suggestions on how we can improve, please let us know at info@decentwater.ca or by phone at +1 866-665-0033. We take all feedback seriously and will do our best to address concerns in a timely manner.
