Terms & Conditions

Last updated: July 2026

These Terms & Conditions are a general, standard template governing your use of the website and services provided by Decent Water Inc. ("we", "us", or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking a water test, or engaging us for products or services, you agree to the general terms outlined below. This is standard template language and should be reviewed by a qualified professional for your specific circumstances.

Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, requesting information, or entering into an agreement with us for products or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services Provided

We provide water treatment products and related services, including but not limited to water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, water purifiers, installation, maintenance, and repairs, to residential and light-commercial customers in our service area.

Quotes & Pricing

Any pricing or quotes provided, whether online, by phone, or in person, are estimates only. Final pricing is subject to confirmation following an on-site assessment of your property and water conditions, and may vary based on installation complexity, equipment selection, and other site-specific factors.

Installation & Warranty

Products we install are covered by the applicable manufacturer's warranty, the terms of which vary by product and are provided at the time of purchase. In addition, our installation workmanship is covered by our standard workmanship warranty. Warranty coverage does not typically extend to damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear of consumable parts (such as filters or media).

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be confirmed at the time of quote or invoice. Depending on the service, a deposit may be required prior to installation, with the balance due upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you provide reasonable advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a booked appointment, service visit, or installation. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a rescheduling fee, as communicated at the time of booking.
